Cooking Out

So, after Heidi's offer of her larger-than-mine George Foreman grill (and Paula's offer to make margaritas), I think I want to have a cookout July 4 weekend. What day is best? I was thinking Sunday and we could all go somewhere to watch fireworks afterward. Or maybe Saturday is better, since we could hang out in my apartment for longer (and risk our lives to climb up to the roof). What do y'all think?

I have the XL George Foreman grill that will cook "up to 4 extra-large burgers, 4 plump chicken breasts, and 2 juicy steaks in minutes", which can certainly make the trek to your apartment in a backpack with all accessories. As I recall, someone else (maybe jayspec462?) also offered his grill... And I should mention that veggies also cook well in that incredible invention (that I wish I had come up with... think of the money coming in from sales alone)...

As for the day, it doesn't matter to me. I am around, and I have Monday off. :)
