ceebeegeeSomeone with whom I work is doing a promo with Senseo Coffee Makers--the deal is, if you bring in an old coffee maker (drip, French press, espresso--that is, not just a coffe cup or holder), they will give you a new Senseo machine. These are the machines that use the pre-packaged coffee packets--you have to use the packets (so you can't grind your own beans) but she said it turns out to be like $.20/cup. Anyway, the promo is tomorrow 8a-2p at City Hall at Pearl and Center, and Friday 11a-6p at South Street Seaport at Fulton. She said you can even bring in a little cheapo coffee maker and they'll trade it in. Woo hoo! Free coffee makers!
