Cooking Out

So, after Heidi's offer of her larger-than-mine George Foreman grill (and Paula's offer to make margaritas), I think I want to have a cookout July 4 weekend. What day is best? I was thinking Sunday and we could all go somewhere to watch fireworks afterward. Or maybe Saturday is better, since we could hang out in my apartment for longer (and risk our lives to climb up to the roof). What do y'all think?
