Interesting...
Jul. 27th, 2004 06:48 pmSomeone named Aaron Bogad (?) who is a director with DeBaun and "saw [me] at the Ragtime auditions" called my voice mail and left a message--he's directing some Shakespeare coming up, including Romeo and Juliet, The Taming of the Shrew and Julius Caesar, and wants to talk to me about them and I guess to audition.
I would kill--kill--to get to do Juliet. Kate would also be a great role, but I really want to play Juliet.
O, I have bought the mansion of a love,
But not possess'd it, and, though I am sold,
Not yet...enjoy'd.

Date: 2004-07-27 10:31 pm (UTC)He did a lot of the "theatre games" crap at the beginning of the rehearsal process, which annoyed me greatly. By the end of the rehearsal, though, I felt like he really knew his stuff.
I'd definitely work with him again.
