I had an audition today for the coveted role of lingerie girl. The ad was about a spam filter, personified by a no-nonsense receptionist, who keeps all these visitors (spam personified) from invading her boss's office. The spam/visitors are all cooling their heels in the waiting area. The role for which I was called (lingerie girl although they're going to pixillate my nether regions to make it look like I'm naked) is supposed to personify porn spam. Annoyingly, my feelance agent didn't tell me for which role I was to read--purely by luck did I dress in a short skirt. I find it interesting that I keep getting called in for roles like this (and the Playboy thing)--as I've said before, I do not at all have what I'd consider a porn kind of body. I'm not tall, and my breasts and hips are not that big. I pointed this out to Bobby when he first submitted me for the Playboy thing, and he said "they don't necessarily want that, they just want beautiful women." Bobby. Have you seen a Playboy recently? Trust me, they want some jiggle. My body doesn't jiggle. (I'm very happy with it for the most part, I'm just stating facts here.)

Anyway, even if I book it I don't think I can do it unless they change the shoot date, because I have two TW shows that day. But as I found out, I know the casting director--she's Brette Goldstein, whom I know from DC. It was nice to see her--she's recommended me for bathing suit/lingerie gigs before.
