Jul. 2nd, 2004 09:49 amI get really frustrated with Precision Photos sometime. Last January I had a postcard made, and left the negative with them. I know I left the negative with them--why would I keep it, especially since I leave my regular headshot with them? Just called to refill an order--"no, we don't have it." Grr. I know I'm going to have to call again, and say "yes, you do, have you tried looking under 'Green' and not 'Barton'?" Which I should've done just now but when the person on the other line is saying flatly "we don' have it" with no helpful suggestion, it annoys you, so you lose track of what you can do, and start thinking about how annoyed you are at their lack of customer service.
The main reason I continue to use them is that they're so close to my apartment, but maybe I should think about switching to Reproductions.
