My reaction watching the 3PO song was "Aww! Alan Cummings! ... what the hell is that Cindi Lauper?"
Somehow I'd completely missed that she was in the production.
I actually want to see Sweeney _less_ after seeing the Tonys. NO ONE was enunciating clearly, and with that cast that's a huge disappointment. On the other hand, all my friends have loved it and last wednesday they had 50% off seats at TKTS so... it may still happen.
