Yes, they're Marvel. I have about 4-5 and have read them all--a lot of them take place between Ep. 4 and 5. I remember one has this luridly drawn picture of 3PO carrying Luke in his arms, surrounded by 'troopers, one of whom is yelling (with lots of italics, natch) "There's the wounded rebel spy! Vaporize him and the 'droid!" I think I also have one or two movie adaptation installments.
