Working out
May. 9th, 2005 03:01 pmI worked out Saturday and yesterday. Doug has been showing me how to use some of the equipment and some good ways to train. I really enjoy some of them, and some of them are KICKING MY ASS. I love the upside-down situps--they help so many different muscles, including abs, back, mutt and backs of thighs. He put me on the bench yesterday and my pecs are really feeling it today. Last night I lay there limply in front of my TV--I really was out of it after such an unusual workout (I usually just hit the treadmill, not really trying to build muscle but Doug thinks it'll be good for me). Thank God I took a long hot shower or I don't think I would've been able to move today.
