I'm shaking my head right now at the coverage--do people actually believe the crap about Paula Abdul and Corey Clark? Hello, the man is writing a book. He wants to sell copies. Did ABC really fall for that? I stopped watching American Idol after the second season (Ruben's winning disgusted me--I love it that the guy who supposedly came in second is out-selling everyone) but I certainly remember Corey Clark--he was a sleazy piece of work then, and I wasn't surprised when he got kicked off for assaulting his sister. If all that had actually happened, wouldn't he have, um, said something then? Used it as blackmail so he wouldn't get kicked off? Sorry, don't believe any of it. (I'd like to think Paula has some taste--Corey Clark is nasty.)
