ceebeegeeI bought an avocado a week ago. I put it on my air conditioner in the window so it could ripen. I checked it periodically to see if it was, but it never felt squishy enough. So just now I finally opened it up--and part of it is overripe--gone bad. I ate what I could but had to throw most of it away.
Damn. I was so looking forward to indulging myself with green, squishy, bland, yummy goodness. Note to self: Pay more attention to your avocados! Don't let them go bad before you can eat them.
