My New Home!

I found my new home.
It's just two blocks away, on 45th St. It's an amazing little one bedroom with hardwood floors and windows out the wazoo. There's a living room with two windows on the side and two long thin skylight windows with plant hangers attached. There's even a fake fireplace, although I don't think there's a mantle. And a tiny stick out table like before. There's also a bedroom that faces across the living room that also has a window so there's a cross breeze! The closet is much bigger, and there's (again) a loft in the bedroom with a very steep ladder. I hope HRH Tatiana can muscle her way up to the loft like she did when I lived on the UES in 2000. If not, I'll just store stuff up there.
And the kitchen--there's an actual OVEN and an actual REFRIGERATOR. With a decent-sized freezer so I can make ice cream, finally. There's COUNTER SPACE. Sigh...
The bathroom is lined with MARBLE. It's still ridiculously tiny but the rest of the apartment is big enough, it doesn't bother me.
Oh, and there's a fire escape...The poor man's balcony.
There's also access to a courtyard where I can keep my bike after I buy it. My motorcycle, that is...
