ceebeegeeLast night I did the show commando, as the underpants I was wearing gave me VPL in that tight skirt. I was trying some new stuff with the scene--I also ditched the shoes, since Lettie had said they were anachronistic. Doing the scene barefoot made me feel more plaintive, which helps me reach out to Menelaus more. Still, I feel more--womanly, more commanding in heels. More like Helen.
After the show I discovered that Seth and Rachel were in the house! They'd wanted to surprise me. We hung out in front of the theater for awhile, chatting about the show and whatnot. They were going to go get ice cream from Coldstone Creamery but I was very hungry (I don't eat much the day of the show, as I have a lot of stomach to show) so I got a burger at McHale's instead, and went home.
