Something Jason said at the Galaxy on Sunday has been making me laugh all week. He, Alex and I were talking about diet and medication ads with long, rattled-off disclaimers at the end, and then the conversation shifted to his diet, which is pretty specific to what he's trying to achieve and which he came up with himself (I believe). He said in a low voice, "Warning: ThisdietonlyworksonJasonSpecland. MaynotworkevenifyouarecoincidentallynamedJasonSpecland."
Hilarious!
I love that the right bon mot or funny incident will make me laugh for days and days, often even months or years. (I'm still laughing at the Italian dinner incident when I was doing that Interactive Murder Mystery in Vienna. 10 goopy pies suddenly on the wall. That is some funny, funny shit. And I'm still laughing at Ali's village idiot walk on the ship. "Step, DRAG, Preston! DRAG! Just drag your fucking leg! How hard is this?!") What a great coping mechanism humor is.
