I HATE this weather

I can't tell you how much this brings me down. It is AWFUL outside. Second week of March and it's blowing snow around with wind chills expected down to ZERO tonight.

FUCKity fuck fuck this weather right up the fucking ass. I HATE IT.

So. In effort to maintain my sanity, I am aggressively ignoring it. I am sailing up that river in Egypt, surrounded by Easter lilies and shamrocks and bunnies and lambs and every other symbol of spring. I will be wearing a hot lil' bikini, lying on the sand, smiling as the balmy breezes gently caress my face. Warmer weather WILL be here soon, Goddammit. I will make it so.

I'm attempting to raise my spirits by looking at St. Patrick's Day images on the web.



And other beautiful warm things.

As I live in Southern California and today was 72 degrees, I shouldn't really complain that today was overcast.

But I do sympathize. I used to live in upstate New York and in Germany, so I remember how cold it could get during the winter.

Funny, that second pic looks vaguely familiar, like it might have been taken in the British Virgin Islands, if I didn't know better... You could take many more of the same, were you to join us in December for New Year's in Paradise :)
