ceebeegee: (Flashing Pumpkin)

(no subject)

I think I'm going to watch my DVD of It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown tonight. Cozy goodness from the Peanuts gang. With all my Halloweeny candles lit and glowy.

I'm trying to find a Catwoman costume for Jon and JoAnne's party (they have a comic book character theme) that looks sexy but doesn't break the bank. Ricky's has one--the officially licensed one from the Halle Berry movie--for $50, but I'm trying to find something for less. I want tight PVC pants and the halter top; I'm sure I can find ears or something like that anywhere for not too much. I've checked eBay but I'm not coming up with much.

What about this halter top and pants set, with this mask? Or this all-in-one? Or the licensed one?

...that took no time at all.

I just knew she'd have the answer.
Heidi's the Queen of eBay, so help me.

Are you kidding? I know eBay like the back of my hand, and spend way too much time browsing when I should be doing other stuff instead. A demonstration of my addiction: I sat for 8 or 9 hours looking through thousands of listings of wallpaper borders for the right one to use in my old bathroom. Somehow, it was very relaxing. :)

The third option might work, because even with shipping that's still a bit cheaper than it is in Ricky's. The first isn't quite what I want, and the second is difficult for me to see (it may be this monitor).

Thanks.

You can also try separate searches for black pvc halter top and black pvc pants.

As for the second costume in my previous comment, it is supposed to be reminiscent of the one worn by Michelle Pfeifer in the first Batman movie, ie, tight but not showing much skin.

Hope that helps!

Well...as great as Michelle Pfeiffer looked in her Catwoman costume, I'd rather show a little more skin, per Doug's request.

I've been trying the separate searches but not really finding what I want.

Damn. I'll keep looking. Thanks.
