Oh. Mah. GOD--this sounds YUMMY

2 oz. Pumpkin Puree, mixed with a dash of Heavy Cream and 2 Tbsp. Sugar
Nutmeg and Cinnamon to taste
2 oz. Whiskey (in this case Jamesons, but Vanilla Vodka may also be used)
1 oz. Cointreau or Grand Marnier
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and whipped cream, or even a touch orange zest. Enjoy.
Just thinking about the deliciousness is making me drool! Now I know what to do with all that leftover puree...
